Weekly Photo Challenge: Happy

A year ago, I was in Mumbai as part of my academic works.

During my stay at Mumbai, I was able to take part in the “Mumbai Marathon”, one among the famous marathons across the globe. As part of the Marathon, there is a programme called “dream run” where, all interested people can take part in a small run, a few kilometers in distance! Even though it is a “running” competition, dream runs ends up being an opportunity for people to celebrate! Various NGO groups and people from all sections of the society takes place in this dream run! Celebrates join the run, stage programmes are organized along the length of the run, people come in costumes, it’s totally fun and all you can see anywhere you look is Happiness! The feeling of Being happy!

I was able to capture a lot of happy moments, and her are a few of them, posted as part of Daily post weekly photo challenge!

Have you participated in any of such public events where its celebration all over?
Ever took part in street events?

    1. Hmm….You have removed the background pic, but the issue still remains. The Background color and your font color are of similar scale and hence even know the visibility is very poor. Try using a light colored background! I feel your blog can be made a lot lot better.
